Resilient Men

Restored Marriages

Founded for Men

Forge the strength to lead.

Most men aren’t looking for a place to just "talk about feelings." You’re looking for a strategy to handle the weight you carry. Whether you’re battling burnout, isolation, or the pressure of leadership, our work is designed for the man who is tired of just surviving.I provide a clinical, biblically-rooted space where we stop managing symptoms and start building resilience. We clear the debris of the past to forge a man who is grounded, purposeful, and ready to lead his family and himself with honor.

Founded for Couples

Rekindle your connection.

Marriage starts with a spark, but it’s sustained by a steady flame. If your relationship has cooled into a "roommate phase" or is smoldering under the weight of conflict, it’s time to tend the hearth.Restoration requires more than a quick fix. We dig into the communication cycles and heart-level issues that keep you stuck, using a blend of proven relational tools and a grace-based Christian worldview. Let’s move past the conflict and rebuild a marriage that is warm, secure, and lasting.

Pastoral Leadership since 2007

We all want to be the men our families deserve. We want to lead with strength, love our wives with passion, and move through the world with a clear sense of purpose. But life has a way of piling ash on those desires. You might feel overwhelmed by the weight of your responsibilities, stuck in a "roommate phase" with your wife, or simply unsure of how to get the fire back.

It’s okay. I’ve been there.

As a husband, a father, and a leader, I understand the quiet pressure to "have it all figured out" when you feel like you’re just surviving.I have served in pastoral leadership since 2007. Over those years, I’ve stood on the front lines of people's lives—walking with them through the heights of joy and the trenches of betrayal, grief, and burnout. I’ve always believed that the most important work a man can do is within the four walls of his own home. For me, counseling isn't just about "talking about feelings." It’s about rediscovering the foundational strengths that have been buried by the grind of daily life.

Anyone can offer advice.I specialize in helping men and couples clear the debris of life and do the hard work of restoration.

I'm currently completing my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University. And I'm building Embers Counseling to be a place where professional clinical strategy meets the grit of real-world application. When you work with me, I bring a dedicated focus on men’s psychology and marriage preservation to help you design your life’s next chapter—one that is resilient, connected, and steady.

The embers are still there. Are you ready to fan them back into a flame?
